Joining is free, always. There are no bid fees or lead charges. KuberAssets earns an 8% platform fee only when a job is dispatched and paid through our system — if you collect payment directly from the landlord, there's no fee. Partners pay 3% instead of 8%, plus $29/month. First month free.
No. You set your service area, trades, and minimum job size. We only text you about jobs that fit. You can pause anytime by replying STOP.
No. Open Network vendors just text. KuberAssets Partners can use the dashboard if they want, but it's optional. Most of our highest earners use SMS only.
The platform fee only applies when KuberAssets processes the payment. Open Network vendors can collect directly from the landlord (cash, check, Venmo) with zero fee. If you use KuberAssets payment processing, the fee is 8% for Open Network or 3% for Partners. Partners also get same-day ACH — the fee savings typically cover the $29/month by the 5th or 6th job.
We don't arbitrate disputes between you and a landlord — that's between you. But if a landlord routinely cancels or doesn't pay, we flag them and remove them from your alerts.
